Each guest room features private balconies with breathtaking ocean views and is designed to promote rest and relaxation. The heart of the Amrit includes their 4-story spa. Highlights include:

• Aayush Hydrothermal Circuit: A 17,000-square-foot hydrothermal experience featuring a cold plunge, jacuzzi, salt inhalation chamber, sauna, and steam room.

• Hammam: A 1,200-square-foot traditional Turkish bath offering purifying rituals. 

• Integrative Wellness Therapies: Services such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, acupuncture, and infrared therapy.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable – no exceptions. Please only register if you are fully committed to attending (and trust me, we want you there!!)

• Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the rooms are sold out we cannot accept additional participants.

• Final payment will be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out (February 8, 2025) using your credit card.

• Room preferences: Shared rooms feature two double beds. If you are attending with a friend and would like to room together, please include that person's name in your registration form or email us at laura@laurayoungtravel.com after both of you register. We'll do our best to honor all roommate requests!

• Lodging is based on availability at the time of your deposit—book early to secure your preferred room type.

• If you decide to stay less than 3 nights you are still obligated to pay for the full price of the retreat.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered as part of your registration process.

• Your first payment will be processed immediately following registration.

• Your second payment will be automatically charged on November 5, 2025 using the card you used for the first payment (unless we hear otherwise from you by October 25).

• You'll pay your final balance directly to Amrit Ocean Resort at check-out.
